LoCascio, CLU, RHU, ChFC, REBC, has been in private practice in Indianapolis since 1986. During the course of the past 18 years, he has provided consulting services to over 100 Indiana corporations and has overseen the integration of over 50 acquired company benefit plans. Mr. LoCascio was also instrumental in establishing seven public-sector group insurance purchasing cooperatives. His practice is based solely on referral and is primarily fee-based.
Mr. LoCascio is the
Co-Founder
of United Benefit Advisors, LLC, an alliance of the nation's premier independent benefit
advisory firms. Established in 2002, UBA is one of the five
largest employee benefits advisory organizations in the country.
Prior to co-founding UBA, Mr. LoCascio served as President of LoCascio Hadden & Dennis, LLC, the largest independent health and welfare consulting firm in
Indiana, with over 75,000 employees and dependents insured through its clients and nearly $200 million in group insurance benefits purchased annually. The firm's practice is limited exclusively to the design, communication, implementation,
and on-going monitoring of group insurance programs, as well as the provision of related brokerage and consulting services.
Mr. LoCascio is a member of both the National and State Chapters of the Association of Life Underwriters and Association of Health Underwriters, and is the past President of the Indiana Association of Employee Benefit Consultants.
His undergraduate studies were done at St. Norbert College and the University of Wisconsin. He has been conferred the professional designations of Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant by the American College, and Registered Health Underwriter and Registered Employee Benefits Consultant by Northeastern University.
Mr. LoCascio has authored numerous articles relating to the group insurance field and is a frequent speaker at industry and association gatherings. |
